UT University Catholic Center
Network or citywide ministry · Church-Affiliated Ministry
The University Catholic Center is the Catholic campus ministry serving University of Texas at Austin students, and a ministry of the Diocese of Austin. It states its mission as helping UT students encounter Jesus, the Truth Who sets us free, and find a home in His Church, drawing that language from the words of John's Gospel inscribed at the base of the UT Tower. Its work includes the sacraments and Mass, a freshman experience program, and more than 60 student and missionary-led Bible studies each week, supported by six full-time FOCUS missionaries.
