Saint Augustine's Orthodox Church is a Western Rite Orthodox parish in Pflugerville at 100 E Wilbarger Street, and describes itself as the cathedral parish of its Orthodox Catholic Diocese of the Southwest. The congregation acquired the former St Elizabeth's church building in 1979 and held its first service that August, and it worships using the Divine Liturgy of St Gregory the Great and the Divine Liturgy of St Tikhon of Moscow, western liturgical rites it says are of particular interest to former Anglican and Roman Catholic Christians.
