Nonprofit · Immigrants & Refugees
A faith-driven Cedar Park nonprofit that equips adults toward stable work and independence through English classes, pre-apprentice trades training, citizenship preparation and spiritual encouragement. Its English as a Second Language programme serves more than 250 adults, and its NCCER-based workforce and trades training graduates 45 to 50 students a year in construction skills, workplace safety and professional practice. It also offers conversational English, citizenship readiness classes, and Bible study and reading comprehension for those who want it. In its own words, the organisation exists for "transforming lives to create hope, opportunity, and family stability through spiritual growth, adult education, workforce training, and career pathways." It meets on the Twin Lakes Fellowship campus in Cedar Park, began in 1999, and was formerly known as Christian Women's Job Corps and then as Life Bridge Job Corps.
