Rehoboth Baptist Church
Church · Baptist
Rehoboth Baptist Church is a Baptist congregation on Cross Park Drive in east Austin, Texas, known by its own motto as "the little church on the hill, endeavoring to do God's will." It was organized on May 1, 1962 with forty-three members, meeting first in a building that had housed a grocery store on San Bernard Street, and opened a building on Samuel Huston Avenue in 1963. Constituted as Rehoboth Primitive Baptist Church, it took its present name in November 2010 and joined the St. John Regular Baptist Association in May 2012. It acquired its current building in late 2023 and opened it, after renovation, in May 2025.
