Part of State of the City, the Greater Austin Mission Society's public record of the church in the Austin metro.
A Christ-centered collaborative nonprofit established in 2011 to reduce social isolation in Central Texas by connecting isolated neighbours in crisis with long-term relational support through local churches, other nonprofits and volunteers. Programs include relational case management over at least a year, home repair and yard workdays, weekly meal delivery, fellowship dinners, life coaching, and volunteer training for churches. It expanded in 2022 from the Lake Travis and Spicewood area into Cedar Park and Leander.
