Mt Carmel Baptist Church is a Missionary Baptist congregation on Q.S. Goins Lane in Elgin, Texas, in Bastrop County east of Austin, founded in 1943. It is a member of the St. John Regular Baptist Association, the historically Black district association founded in Austin in 1867. The congregation no longer publishes a working website; its former domain has lapsed.
