Marshall Ford Fellowship
Church · Non-Denominational/Independent
Marshall Ford Fellowship is a non-denominational congregation on Marshall Ford Road in west Austin, near the Mansfield Dam and Lake Travis, formed from the merger of two earlier congregations, the Fellowship of Lake Travis and Marshall Ford Baptist Church. Its published statement of faith affirms "one God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit"; that "God the Son became flesh in the person of Jesus Christ... who is true God and true man" and "died for our sins as a substitutionary sacrifice"; and the Bible as "the written, inspired Word of God, our final and infallible authority in all matters of faith and life". In its own words it is a Bible-believing, praying, worshiping and welcoming family of believers in which every member is a minister.
