A faith-based residential community in Manchaca, in south Travis County, established in 1953, providing lifetime transitional and residential care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities including cognitive disabilities, Down syndrome and brain injuries. Its 200-acre campus holds three interconnected communities offering independent and semi-independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing, serving more than 275 residents. Programs include vocational training, employment support, equestrian therapy, classes and social activities. In its own words it exists to provide, through compassion and faith, opportunities to learn, experience, and achieve a whole new life.
