Launch Global describes itself as a training organization made up of passionate people who love the church and exist to see it thriving by raising up worshipers in every nation, tribe, language, and people. It equips people to make disciples among the unreached through an immersive nine-month program, then places them with a best-fit sending agency for long-term service. Founded in 2005, it has partnered with The Austin Stone Community Church since 2011, and reports around 140 staff, 22 church partnerships and more than 500 workers sent since 2014.
