A society of trained and commissioned evangelists affiliated with the Anglican Church in North America, rooted in the Church Army begun in England in 1882. It plants Centers of Ministry, self-replicating faith communities working through evangelism, addiction recovery, sober housing, job rehabilitation, GED training and social services, and trains evangelists to serve outside church buildings in jails, on streets, and in addiction centers, nursing homes and schools. It is active in six states, and its Austin location is the Texas base of the ministry.
