Calvary Episcopal Church has stood at the intersection of downtown Bastrop and the Colorado River since 1869 and is today the only Episcopal church in Bastrop County. The parish worships in traditional and contemporary styles and operates Calvary Episcopal School, the first accredited private school in the county.
