The Bastrop campus of Arms of Hope, a Christian care organization assisting disadvantaged children and single-mother families across Texas. The campus, known as The Refuge Ranch, was acquired in August 2024 and now runs the Together Program, a voluntary private placement model for single mothers and their children. Arms of Hope traces its roots to children's homes established in 1924 and 1958.
