The Emerging Leader Initiative is a seven-month leadership development program of the Austin Bridge Builders Alliance (ABBA) for professionals with three to five years of work experience. Participants receive one-on-one coaching, monthly workshops led by Austin business leaders, and a personalized three-to-five-year strategic plan for integrating faith and work. The program is scheduled to relaunch in Fall 2026.
